Mission Statement

 

The primary purpose of Selby General Hospital is to provide and promote a dynamic, professionally organized, comprehensive health care delivery environment based on the principles of Osteopathic Medicine.

 

Selby General Hospital shall promote medical technological advancements and will continually  upgrade its physical facilities.  Selby shall develop innovative programs focused on high quality, cost effective patient care.  Selby's patient care shall be individualized and delivered through an ongoing health care continuum; fostering

optimal ethical standards of professional practice and administration.

 

Selby General Hospital shall advocate the growth of Osteopathic Medicine in the Mid-Ohio Valley through community education directed toward preventive medicine and health promotion, and will actively participate as a diversified training site for health care professionals.
